Article L622-18 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Tout document informatif, publicitaire ou contractuel, toute correspondance, émanant d'une personne exerçant l'activité mentionnée à l'article L. 621-1, doit comporter le numéro de l'autorisation prévue à l'article L. 622-9 et la mention du caractère privé de cette activité.
En aucun cas, il ne peut être fait état de la qualité d'ancien fonctionnaire ou d'ancien militaire éventuellement détenue par la personne titulaire de l'autorisation ou par l'un de ses dirigeants ou employés.
