Article L617-11 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Est puni de deux ans d'emprisonnement et de 30 000 euros d'amende le fait d'exercer ou de faire exercer des fonctions de surveillance sur la voie publique sans l'autorisation prévue au second alinéa de l'article L. 613-1.
