Article L252-5 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Hormis le cas d'une enquête de flagrant délit, d'une enquête préliminaire ou d'une information judiciaire, les enregistrements sont détruits dans un délai maximum fixé par l'autorisation. Ce délai ne peut excéder un mois.
L'autorisation peut prévoir un délai minimal de conservation des enregistrements.
