Article L211-6 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Lorsque les moyens envisagés paraissent insuffisants pour garantir le bon déroulement du rassemblement, le représentant de l'Etat dans le département ou, à Paris, le préfet de police, organise une concertation avec les responsables, destinée notamment à adapter lesdites mesures et, le cas échéant, à rechercher un terrain ou un local plus approprié.
