Article L895-1 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Sont applicables en Polynésie française, dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2025-532 du 13 juin 2025 visant à sortir la France du piège du narcotrafic, les dispositions suivantes du présent livre VIII :
1° Les titres Ier à VI ;
2° Au titre VII : les articles L. 871-1, L. 871-2, L. 871-3, L. 871-4, L. 871-6 et L. 871-7 ;
3° Le titre VIII.
