Article L896-2 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
1° Les mots : “ services ou organismes placés sous l'autorité ou la tutelle du ministre chargé des communications électroniques ou des exploitants de réseaux ou fournisseurs de services ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ organismes chargés de l'exploitation d'un service public ” ;
2° A la fin, les mots : “ services, organismes, exploitants ou fournisseurs dans leurs installations respectives ” sont remplacés par le mot : “ organismes ”.
