Article R211-7 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Le préfet de département informe le maire de la ou des communes intéressées du dépôt de la déclaration mentionnée à l'article R. 211-2 relative au rassemblement ainsi que des modalités d'organisation de ce dernier et des mesures qu'il a éventuellement imposées à l'organisateur.
