Article D141-5 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Le retrait de la médaille de la sécurité intérieure peut être prononcé :
1° En cas de condamnation pour un crime ou un délit, ou de sanction disciplinaire ;
2° Pour un comportement contraire à l'honneur et à la probité.
