Article D141-10 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Le comité de la médaille de la sécurité intérieure est chargé d'examiner les propositions d'attribution et de retrait de la médaille au ministre de l'intérieur.
Sa composition et son fonctionnement sont fixés par arrêté du ministre de l'intérieur.
