Article R741-5 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Le ministre chargé de la sécurité civile assure la synthèse et la diffusion au niveau national des retours d'expérience réalisés sous l'autorité du représentant de l'Etat après tout recours au dispositif Orsec, qu'il s'agisse d'un événement réel ou d'un exercice.
