Article R622-6 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Dans le cas d'entreprises exerçant l'activité mentionnée à l'article L. 621-1 comportant plusieurs établissements soumis à inscription au registre du commerce et des sociétés, une demande d'autorisation distincte doit être déposée par le dirigeant de chacun de ces établissements.
