Article R622-7 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Il est donné récépissé du dépôt de la demande.
Le récépissé est refusé si la demande n'est pas accompagnée des justifications prévues à l'article R. 622-5.
Un double du récépissé est transmis au greffier qui a procédé à l'immatriculation au registre du commerce et des sociétés.
