Article R622-3 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
L'exploitant individuel, le dirigeant, l'associé ou le gérant d'une personne morale exerçant une activité mentionnée à l'article L. 621-1 justifie d'une aptitude professionnelle dans les conditions prévues par la section 4. Il en est de même pour le dirigeant ou le gérant d'établissement secondaire.
Lorsqu'il exerce effectivement l'activité mentionnée à l'article L. 621-1, il doit en outre être titulaire d'une carte professionnelle mentionnée à l'article L. 622-19 délivrée dans les conditions prévues par la section 3.
