Article L2172-5 du Code de la commande publique
Lorsqu'ils achètent des constructions temporaires, les acheteurs ne peuvent exclure les constructions temporaires ayant fait l'objet d'un reconditionnement pour réemploi, sous réserve que leurs niveaux de qualité et de sécurité soient égaux à ceux des constructions neuves de même type. Ils tiennent compte des incidences énergétiques et environnementales de la construction sur toute sa durée de vie.
