Article L2192-6 du Code de la commande publique
Ne sont pas soumises à la présente sous-section les factures émises en exécution des marchés passés par :
1° L'Etat et ses établissements publics en cas d'impératif de défense ou de sécurité nationale ;
2° La Caisse des dépôts et consignations ;
3° L'établissement public mentionné à l'article L. 2142-1 du code des transports ;
4° La SNCF, SNCF Réseau et SNCF Voyageurs.
