Article L2192-10 du Code de la commande publique
Les pouvoirs adjudicateurs, y compris lorsqu'ils agissent en tant qu'entités adjudicatrices, paient les sommes dues en principal en exécution d'un marché dans un délai prévu par le marché ou, à défaut, dans un délai fixé par voie réglementaire et qui peut être différent selon les catégories de pouvoirs adjudicateurs.
Lorsqu'un délai de paiement est prévu par le marché, celui-ci ne peut excéder le délai prévu par voie réglementaire.
