Article L2192-11 du Code de la commande publique
Les entités adjudicatrices mentionnées aux 2° et 3° de l'article L. 1212-1 paient les sommes dues en principal en exécution d'un marché dans les conditions prévues à l'article L. 441-10, au 5° du II de l'article L. 441-11 et à l'article L. 441-13 du code de commerce.
