Article L2194-3 du Code de la commande publique
Les prestations supplémentaires ou modificatives demandées par l'acheteur au titulaire d'un marché public de travaux qui sont nécessaires au bon achèvement de l'ouvrage et ont une incidence financière sur le marché public font l'objet d'une contrepartie permettant une juste rémunération du titulaire du contrat.
