Article L2232-6 du Code de la commande publique
Le titulaire constitue, à la demande de tout prestataire auquel il est fait appel pour l'exécution du contrat, un cautionnement auprès d'un organisme financier afin de garantir au prestataire qui en fait la demande le paiement des sommes dues.
