Article L2234-2 du Code de la commande publique
L'acheteur exerce un contrôle sur l'exécution du marché de partenariat. Ce contrôle intervient, au minimum, en cours et à la fin de chacune des phases d'exécution des missions prévues par le contrat et donne lieu à un compte rendu.
