Article L2352-1 du Code de la commande publique
Les dispositions des articles L. 2152-1 à, L. 2152-4, concernant les offres irrégulières, inacceptables ou inappropriées, des articles L. 2152-5 et L. 2152-6, concernant les offres anormalement basses, ainsi que des articles L. 2152-7 et L. 2152-8, concernant le choix de l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse, s'appliquent.
