Article L2392-2 du Code de la commande publique
L'Etat et ses établissements publics acceptent les factures transmises sous forme électronique par les titulaires de marchés de défense ou de sécurité mentionnés à l'article L. 2392-1 et leurs sous-traitants admis au paiement direct, sauf lorsque la passation et l'exécution de ces marchés sont déclarées secrètes ou doivent s'accompagner de mesures particulières de sécurité.
