Article L2392-3 du Code de la commande publique
Sans préjudice de l'article L. 2392-2, l'Etat et ses établissements publics acceptent les factures conformes à la norme de facturation électronique définie par voie réglementaire et transmises sous forme électronique par les titulaires de marchés de défense ou de sécurité et leurs sous-traitants admis au paiement direct.
