Article L2393-7 du Code de la commande publique
Par dérogation aux dispositions de l'article L. 2393-1, l'acheteur peut exiger que certaines tâches essentielles du marché soient effectuées directement par le titulaire, notamment pour des motifs liés à la sécurité des approvisionnements ou des informations.
