Article L2394-1 du Code de la commande publique
Un marché de défense ou de sécurité peut être modifié par voie conventionnelle ou par l'acheteur unilatéralement, sans nouvelle procédure de mise en concurrence, dans les cas prévus à l'article L. 2194-1.
Ces modifications ne peuvent changer la nature globale du marché.
