Article R3134-2 du Code de la commande publique
Le concessionnaire informe l'autorité concédante de tout changement relatif aux informations mentionnées à l'article R. 3134-1 intervenant au cours de l'exécution du contrat de concession ainsi que des informations requises pour tout nouveau tiers qui participe ultérieurement à ces services ou travaux.
