Article R3126-9 du Code de la commande publique
L'autorité concédante fixe le délai de remise des offres en fonction notamment de la nature, du montant et des caractéristiques des travaux ou services demandés au concessionnaire, et, lorsqu'il y a lieu, conformément aux dispositions de l'article R. 3122-11, de l'impossibilité d'offrir un accès dématérialisé aux documents de la consultation.
