Article R3122-3 du Code de la commande publique
L'autorité concédante peut faire paraître, en sus de l'avis de concession mentionné à l'article R. 3122-2, un avis de publicité complémentaire sur un autre support que celui choisi à titre obligatoire.
Cet avis complémentaire peut, le cas échéant, ne comporter que certains des renseignements figurant dans l'avis de concession publié à titre obligatoire, à condition qu'il indique expressément les références de ce dernier.
