Article R2393-41 du Code de la commande publique
L'acheteur peut imposer au titulaire l'acceptation de tout ou partie des sous-contractants ne présentant pas le caractère de sous-traitants. Il l'indique dans l'avis d'appel à la concurrence.
Dans ce cas, ces sous-contractants sont acceptés dans les conditions prévues à la présente section.
L'acheteur précise, le cas échéant, les parties des prestations du marché ou le montant du sous-contrat au-dessus duquel le sous-contractant éventuel doit être accepté.
