Article R2392-12 du Code de la commande publique
Le délai de paiement du sous-traitant court à compter de la réception par l'acheteur de l'accord, total ou partiel, du titulaire d'un marché sur le paiement demandé.
A défaut de notification d'un accord ou d'un refus par le titulaire dans le délai mentionné à l'article R. 2193-12, le délai de paiement court à compter soit de l'expiration du délai mentionné à cet article, soit de la réception par l'acheteur de l'avis postal mentionné à l'article R. 2193-14.
