Les documents de la consultation indiquent le montant de la prime qui sera versée aux soumissionnaires ainsi que ses modalités de réduction ou de suppression.
La rémunération du titulaire du marché de maîtrise d'œuvre tient compte de la prime qu'il a reçue pour sa participation à la procédure.
