Article R2361-2 du Code de la commande publique
Le délai minimal de réception des candidatures est de trente-sept jours à compter de la date d'envoi de l'avis de marché ou de trente jours lorsque cet avis a été envoyé par voie électronique.
Lorsqu'une situation d'urgence ne résultant pas du fait de l'acheteur rend ce délai impossible à respecter, il peut être ramené à quinze jours ou à dix jours lorsque l'avis a été envoyé par voie électronique.
