Article R2361-6 du Code de la commande publique
Lorsqu'une situation d'urgence ne résultant pas du fait de l'acheteur rend le délai minimal fixé aux articles R. 2361-3 à R. 2361-5 impossible à respecter, l'acheteur peut fixer un délai de réception des offres qui ne peut être inférieur à dix jours.
