Pour vérifier que les candidats satisfont aux conditions de participation à la procédure, l'acheteur peut notamment exiger la production des renseignements et documents dont la liste figure dans un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de l'économie et de la défense figurant en annexe du présent code.
