Article R2343-1 du Code de la commande publique
L'acheteur fixe les délais de réception des candidatures en tenant compte de la complexité du marché et du temps nécessaire aux opérateurs économiques pour préparer leur candidature.
En procédure formalisée, les délais de réception des candidatures ne peuvent être inférieurs aux délais minimaux propres à chaque procédure fixée au chapitre Ier du titre VI.
