Article R2321-7 du Code de la commande publique
Sans préjudice des dispositions de l'article R. 2121-7, pour les marchés non écrits conclus par carte d'achat, l'acheteur vérifie, après leur conclusion et au moins trimestriellement, que la valeur de ces marchés par catégorie homogène telle que définie à l'article R. 2121-6 n'excède pas les seuils de publicité et de mise en concurrence. Si cette valeur atteint ou excède le seuil défini à l'article R. 2322-14, les marchés suivants dans la catégorie considérée sont passés conformément aux dispositions de l'article L. 2320-1 pour la période considérée.
