L'acheteur peut indiquer, dans les documents de la consultation, que les produits ou services ayant obtenu un écolabel sont présumés satisfaire aux caractéristiques environnementales mentionnées dans les spécifications techniques mais est tenu d'accepter tout moyen de preuve approprié.
