Article R2193-5 du Code de la commande publique
Lorsque le titulaire envisage de confier à des sous-traitants bénéficiant du paiement direct, postérieurement à la notification du marché, l'exécution de prestations pour un montant supérieur à celui qui a été indiqué dans le marché ou l'acte spécial et que les dispositions du chapitre Ier du présent titre s'appliquent, il demande à l'acheteur, sans préjudice des dispositions relatives à l'acceptation du sous-traitant de la sous-section 1 de la présente section, la modification de l'exemplaire unique ou du certificat de cessibilité prévus à l'article R. 2191-46.
