Article R2192-19 du Code de la commande publique
Le marché conclu par l'Etat, ses établissements publics ayant un caractère autre qu'industriel et commercial, les collectivités territoriales ou leurs établissements publics, avec le maître d'œuvre ou tout autre prestataire indique le délai dans lequel celui-ci doit effectuer ses interventions. Lorsque celles-ci interviennent après la date à laquelle le délai de paiement a commencé à courir, ce délai d'intervention ne peut excéder quinze jours.
