Article R2192-11 du Code de la commande publique
Par dérogation à l'article R. 2192-10, le délai de paiement est fixé à :
1° Cinquante jours pour les établissements publics de santé et les établissements du service de santé des armées ;
2° Soixante jours pour les entreprises publiques au sens du II de l'article 1er de l'ordonnance n° 2004-503 du 7 juin 2004 portant transposition de la directive 80/723/ CEE relative à la transparence des relations financières entre les Etats membres et les entreprises publiques, à l'exception de celles ayant la nature d'établissements publics locaux.
