Article R2191-60 du Code de la commande publique
L'acheteur communique, au cours de l'exécution du marché, aux bénéficiaires du nantissement ou de la cession de créances, lorsqu'ils en font la demande :
1° Soit un état sommaire des prestations effectuées, accompagné d'une évaluation qui n'engage pas l'acheteur ;
2° Soit le décompte des droits constatés au profit du titulaire du marché.
Il leur communique également, à leur demande, un état des avances et des acomptes mis en paiement.
