Article R2172-33 du Code de la commande publique
Pour la réalisation d'ouvrages issus de projets retenus par l'Etat dans le cadre d'un programme public national de recherche, d'essai et d'expérimentation, l'acheteur peut passer des marchés de maîtrise d'œuvre ou de travaux, sur certains de ces ouvrages afin d'en vérifier la pertinence.
