Article R2171-19 du Code de la commande publique
Lorsque les documents de la consultation des marchés globaux prévoient la remise de prestations, ils indiquent le montant de la prime qui sera versée aux soumissionnaires ainsi que ses modalités de réduction ou de suppression :
1° Pour la passation d'un marché de conception-réalisation lorsque celui-ci est passé par un acheteur soumis aux dispositions du livre IV de la présente partie ;
2° Pour la passation d'un marché global de performance qui comporte des prestations de conception.
