Article R2171-15 du Code de la commande publique
Lorsque la valeur estimée du besoin est égale ou supérieure aux seuils de procédure formalisée, les acheteurs soumis au livre IV passent des marchés globaux de conception-réalisation ou de performance selon l'une des procédures mentionnées aux articles R. 2124-2 à R. 2124-6 sous réserve des dispositions de la présente section.
