Article R2162-61 du Code de la commande publique
Tous les soumissionnaires qui ont présenté des offres qui n'ont pas été écartées au motif qu'elles sont inappropriées, irrégulières ou inacceptables sont invités simultanément, par des moyens électroniques, à participer à l'enchère électronique en utilisant les connexions, à la date et à l'heure spécifiées, conformément aux instructions figurant dans l'invitation.
