Article R2162-29 du Code de la commande publique
L'entité adjudicatrice notifie à l'Office des publications de l'Union européenne tout changement de la durée du système en utilisant :
1° Un avis sur l'existence d'un système de qualification lorsque sa durée de validité est modifiée sans qu'il y soit mis un terme ;
2° Un avis d'attribution lorsqu'il est mis fin au système.
