Les marchés subséquents et les bons de commande sont conclus ou émis entre les acheteurs identifiés à cette fin dans l'avis d'appel à la concurrence, dans l'invitation à confirmer l'intérêt ou, en l'absence d'un tel avis ou d'une telle invitation, dans un autre document de la consultation, et le ou les opérateurs économiques titulaires de l'accord-cadre.
