Article R2153-5 du Code de la commande publique
La liste des pays et des secteurs couverts, à la date de sa publication, par un accord mentionné à l'article L. 2153-2 est précisée en tant que de besoin par un arrêté du ministre chargé de l'économie. Cet arrêté précise également, pour un pays ou un secteur donné, si, en fonction du contenu de ces accords, les engagements conclus comportent des restrictions de nature à empêcher un accès comparable et effectif des entreprises de l'Union européenne aux marchés des pays tiers.
