Article R2152-12 du Code de la commande publique
Pour les marchés passés selon une procédure formalisée, les critères d'attribution font l'objet d'une pondération ou, lorsque la pondération n'est pas possible pour des raisons objectives, sont indiqués par ordre décroissant d'importance. La pondération peut être exprimée sous forme d'une fourchette avec un écart maximum approprié.
