Article R2132-6 du Code de la commande publique
En cas de procédure formalisée, les renseignements complémentaires sur les documents de la consultation sont envoyés aux opérateurs économiques six jours au plus tard avant la date limite fixée pour la réception des offres, pour autant qu'ils en aient fait la demande en temps utile.
Lorsque le délai de réception des offres est réduit pour cause d'urgence en application des dispositions du titre VI, ce délai est de quatre jours.
